What is SevenYays? 

It’s a gift for someone you care about. But it’s a whole lot more.

It’s the gift that really keeps on giving. 

It’s just like an advent calendar. Except it’s for any time you like. A countdown* to their special day, or just because you think they deserve a week of yays! 

Seven doors. Seven days. SevenYays.

*Or…..if they really can’t contain their excitement and they’re bursting to open every door at once, well, we won’t tell anyone. But spreading the joy over seven days, that’s way more fun. Trust us.

Our ready-made boxes are individually priced. 

If you’d like to create-your-own, simply pay the cost of the individual Yays plus £5 to have them lovingly presented as a truly unique personalised gift. 

A range of postage options are provided with standard, express and tracked express choices available at checkout.

Ordering

When should I order a SevenYays box? 

Short answer, whenever you’d like. We’re not a fan of rules when it comes to celebrating. They’re perfect for any time, any occasion. 

If you’d like to gift it as a seven-day countdown calendar, we recommend ordering at least 10-12 days before their special day to allow ample postage time. 

But maybe you want to give on the day to let that special person extend their celebration for seven more days. Or maybe you know they’re the type who’ll want to rip open every single door on the same day with excitement they just can’t contain. In which case, we have a range of delivery options. 

Can I order more than seven Yays? 

You mean EightYays? NineYays? ThirtySixYays? Sorry, we’re not sure how well that would work with our name, if we’re honest. 

At present, we’re focused on a seven day/seven door gift box. But you can order as many different SevenYays boxes as you’d like on separate orders, if you really want to treat someone (or indulge yourself!)

Can I swap gifts in the ready-made boxes? 

Absolutely - you’ll just need to create your own box, selecting the ready-made items you’d like to keep, and replacing those you don’t fancy with a different option.

Are any prices shown on the packaging? 

Not at all! That would ruin all the fun and joy wouldn’t it? Your recipient won’t see anything other than the wonderful gifts when they open each door, along with your choice of greeting card and personalised message.

Can I send a box to someone else? 

Definitely - a SevenYays box for someone special should be a big surprise. Just choose what you think they’d like, pop in their address and let us know when we should deliver. 

Can I order a calendar without any gifts?

Sorry, we need all our SevenYays boxes to pack with the gifts that’ll make someone’s week! Plus, we’ve carefully curated and specifically sized all our gifts to make sure they fit snugly. 

Can I order the gifts without the calendar?

Unfortunately not, not from us. But, if you absolutely love the little Yays in the box, then our independent suppliers would love you to buy again from them. Spread the joy, share the love. 

Do I have to include a greeting card?

You don’t need to include a greeting card - but they’re our free little addition for you, so why not? To keep their SevenYays a big surprise, we don’t include any other paperwork, so the greeting card is the best way to tell that special person who their box is from. 

(You wouldn’t want someone else claiming the credit for this amazing gift box would you?) 

Can I leave my greeting card blank?

Sure, if you fancy hand-writing your greeting card, just tick the ‘No thanks. I don’t need a message’ box when you’ve chosen your favourite design. 

What size is a SevenYays box?

A SevenYays box is 28cm tall, 20cm wide and 10cm deep. Big enough for treats, snug enough to keep them safe!

Can I order multiple SevenYays boxes? 

You can order as many different SevenYays boxes as you’d like (or the same if you’re buying for a group of like-minded friends). But, you can only send to one address per transaction.

If you’d like to order several boxes for different addresses, you’ll just need to complete the check-out process each time. 

Do you offer bulk discounts or corporate deals? 

If you want to buy SevenYays boxes for a big special occasion like counting down to a business milestone or event or rewarding team members, we’d love to help. Send us an email at hello@sevenyays.com and we’ll start planning. 

Can I pre-order SevenYays boxes for delivery at a later date?

Of course, if you’re one of those super-organised, super-prepared gift givers (or you’re worried you might forget a special occasion), you can order a SevenYays box up to 12 months in advance. 

Just check-out as normal, tell us in the comments box when you’d like your order to be delivered, and we’ll do the rest. 

You could sort all birthdays and anniversaries in one incredibly productive afternoon! (and grab yourself a box, because that commitment to being the world’s best gift-giver deserves a YAY!)

Delivery 

Can I deliver to myself to give in person? 

Yes, of course. If you want to see the yays on their face in person, just make sure you pop your own details into the delivery address when you check out. 

How soon will my SevenYays arrive?

Orders received before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day (unless you ask us to delay until a later date).

You can choose one of two delivery options at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days fully tracked) : £3.50
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days fully tracked) : £5.00

* Please be aware that delivery services may be affected due to self-isolation and resourcing at Royal Mail. We always recommend Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Please remember that only one delivery address per order is possible, so if you want to send a box to all your friends, you will need to create a new order for each new delivery address.

    Do you deliver internationally? 

    We don’t currently, but we’re working on it. Subscribe or follow us on social media and we’ll keep you updated. 

    How will I know when my SevenYays has been safely delivered? 

    We’ll keep you updated on every step of your order. You’ll know when it’s dispatched and when it’s delivered to your recipient… so you’ll know when to expect that big thank you call!

    Can I cancel or edit my order?

    We start to process your order immediately after payment. This means that unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order once you’ve checked out, so be sure to double check for any mistakes before you pay.

    Allergens 

    Are there any allergens in your products?

    Some of our edible gifts may contain allergens. You’ll find all the details on the product page and your recipient will find them on the individual item packaging. 

    Where can I find out allergen details? 

    All allergens for every individual gift will be listed on the product purchase page - so you can check and on the individual item itself - so your recipient can double check! 

    I need more information on allergens.
