**Royal Mail Industrial Action**

 Royal Mail workers will unfortunately be striking once again on Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December. This means that:

 - We will not be able to dispatch orders, nor will Royal Mail deliver any orders on these days.

- Any orders placed after 14:00 on Tuesday 29th November will not be dispatched until Friday 2nd December.

- Thank you for your patience in this difficult situation. We recommend customers selecting Tracked 24 throughout this period to ensure that orders receive priority through the Royal Mail system.

Orders received before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day. You can order today and choose your delivery date at checkout (up to a year ahead). We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays.

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days fully tracked) : £3.50.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: (1-2 working days fully tracked) : £5.00

At this time we only deliver to UK addresses.

We recommend that you send your SevenYays box directly to the recipient. You can enter their address at the checkout.

Please remember that only one delivery address per order is possible, so if you want to send a box to all your friends, you will need to create a new order for each new delivery address.

We do not include any invoices or paperwork in our boxes.

 

Returns

Our ready made boxes can be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt. Customised "Create Your Own" boxes are non-returnable.

If anything reaches you (or your recipient) in less than perfect condition please let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement.
