*Christmas Shipping Update

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by 18 December.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Please bear this in mind when requesting a delayed delivery date during this period.

While we'll do everything we can to get your parcels to you on time, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer than usual during this busy period due to high demand across Royal Mail's network.

Deliveries

*We do not include any invoices or paperwork in our boxes, but our logo does appear on the outside of the box as seen above*

Orders received before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day. We don't dispatch at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

If you don't want your order to arrive straight away, you can still order today and choose a delivery date up to a year in advance at checkout.

We offer 3 delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked (2-3 working days fully tracked) : FREE for orders over £50, otherwise £3.50
  • Royal Mail Express Tracked (1-2 working days fully tracked) : £2.50 for orders over £50, otherwise £5.00
  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day (Monday - Saturday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays) : £10.00

We recommend that you send your SevenYays box directly to the recipient. You can enter their address at the checkout.

Please remember that only one delivery address per order is possible, so if you want to send a box to all your friends, you will need to create a new order for each new delivery address.

At this time we only deliver to UK addresses.

If anything reaches you (or your recipient) in less than perfect condition please let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement.
