How to Use SevenYays for Corporate Gifting or Team Appreciation

Right, let's talk about corporate gifting. But not the boring kind.

Not the branded pens nobody wants or the generic hampers everyone forgets about. Actual thoughtful gifts that make your team or clients feel genuinely appreciated.

Why SevenYays Works for Corporate Gifting

Traditional corporate gifts have a problem: they feel corporate.

A branded mug says "we spent the minimum on you." A generic gift basket says "we bought in bulk." A company pen says "we forgot this was supposed to be personal."

A SevenYays box says "we actually thought about this." And that matters more than the price tag.

Employee Appreciation That Actually Feels Appreciative

Your team works hard. They deserve more than a half-hearted "thank you" email and a Costa voucher.

When a SevenYays box works brilliantly:

Work anniversaries: Someone's been with you for five years? That deserves more than a card. Give them a whole week of appreciation with a box timed to arrive the week of their anniversary.

Project completion: Just finished a massive project? Send a box to the team lead or key players. Seven days of "well done" beats one celebratory lunch.

Difficult periods: Team been working stupid hours? Dealing with something stressful? A pamper or wellness box says "we know this has been rough and we appreciate you."

Birthdays: Most companies do birthday cards. Some do cake. Almost none do a whole week of celebration. Stand out.

Client Gifts That Don't Feel Generic

Sending clients gifts is tricky. You want to be memorable without being try-hard.

Why SevenYays works:

It's unique enough to be memorable but professional enough to not be weird. It's thoughtful without being overly personal. It creates a week of positive touchpoints with your company, not just one moment. It shows genuine effort, which clients notice and appreciate.

When to send:

• Contract renewals: "Here's to another year together"
• Project milestones: "Celebrating what we've achieved"
• Holiday season: "Something different from the usual"
• Just because: "We appreciate working with you"

Team Celebration Boxes

Whole team did something brilliant? Get them each a box.

Options:

Uniform boxes: Everyone gets the same themed box. Creates a shared experience. Good for smaller teams where everyone has similar tastes.

Customised boxes:Create Your Own option lets you build different boxes for different team members based on what you know about them. Shows extra thought.

Mixed approach: Same theme, different items. Everyone gets a drink box, but with variations based on preferences.

Remote Team Gifting

Got a distributed team? SevenYays is absolutely perfect.

Schedule deliveries to arrive at everyone's home address the same week. Suddenly your remote team has a shared experience despite being physically apart.

They can share their unboxings in Slack, compare what's behind each door, and feel connected as a team.

Distance doesn't mean disconnection when you're creative about it.

Milestone Recognition

Some work achievements deserve proper recognition.

Promotions: New role? New responsibilities? Give them a celebration box that makes the whole week feel special.

Sales targets hit: Smashed a massive goal? Seven days of "you're brilliant" reinforces that achievement.

Long service: Been with the company for 10 years? That's commitment worth celebrating properly.

The Onboarding Gift

First impressions matter.

Imagine starting a new job and having a SevenYays box arrive your first week. Each day brings a little welcome treat. By Friday, you feel properly welcomed.

It shows thought, investment, and that the company values making people feel good.

That's the kind of first impression that builds loyalty.

Budget-Friendly Bulk Gifting

Corporate gifting often involves buying for multiple people. We get it.

SevenYays boxes offer flexible pricing. Create Your Own starts from under £35, which is less than many corporate gift budgets whilst feeling infinitely more thoughtful.

Buying multiple boxes? Contact us. We can help make it work for your budget.

The Personalisation Factor

Even in corporate gifting, personalisation matters.

Message cards: Include specific messages for each person. Not a generic "thank you for your work" but actual personalised notes.

Box designs: Let people choose from our 100+ designs, or assign designs based on what you know about them.

Theme selection: Don't send everyone the same thing unless you know it works. Match themes to individuals.

Holiday Season Corporate Gifting

December is corporate gift season. Everyone sends hampers. Be different.

A SevenYays box in early December gives seven days of holiday cheer. It stands out from the identical hampers everyone else sends.

Plus, you can schedule delivery for the perfect timing rather than hoping it arrives before offices close for Christmas.

Appreciation vs Obligation

Here's a key distinction: corporate gifts should feel like appreciation, not obligation.

Obligation feels like: Generic items sent to everyone. Branded with your company logo. Clearly bought in bulk.

Appreciation feels like: Thoughtfully chosen items. Personal messages. Timing that shows you planned ahead. Gifts people actually want.

SevenYays sits firmly in the "appreciation" category.

Client Retention Through Thoughtfulness

Clients remember who makes them feel valued.

A SevenYays box at an unexpected time (not just Christmas) shows genuine appreciation. It's memorable. It creates positive associations with your company.

That's not manipulation. That's relationship building through genuine thoughtfulness.

The ROI of Good Corporate Gifting

Let's be practical: corporate gifts cost money. They should deliver value.

The value of SevenYays:

Employee retention: People stay where they feel appreciated. Thoughtful gifts contribute to that feeling.

Team morale: Recognised teams work better. Celebrated achievements boost motivation.

Client relationships: Memorable gifts strengthen relationships. Strong relationships lead to renewals and referrals.

Company culture: Companies that celebrate people build better cultures. Better cultures attract better talent.

The ROI isn't always measurable, but it's absolutely real.

Practical Logistics

Ordering multiple boxes: Contact us for bulk orders. We can help coordinate.

Delivery scheduling: Schedule all boxes to arrive the same week for maximum impact.

Personalisation at scale: Yes, we can handle individual messages for large orders.

Budget management: We can work with your corporate gifting budget.

Invoice requirements: We understand corporate purchasing processes. We can provide what you need.

Making It a Company Tradition

Start small. Try it for one event or one team.

If it works (it will), make it a regular thing. Birthday boxes for staff. Client appreciation boxes quarterly. Project completion celebrations.

Build a reputation as the company that celebrates properly. That's culture building through action.

Beyond the Obvious

Difficult conversations: Sometimes you need to recognise someone's effort during restructuring or challenging times. A thoughtful gift can help.

Virtual team building: Can't get everyone together in person? Send boxes and have a virtual unboxing session.

Celebration on a budget: Small team or startup? Even a few boxes show you value people despite limited resources.

The Personal Touch in Professional Contexts

Corporate doesn't have to mean impersonal.

The best professional relationships have personal elements. Knowing what people like. Remembering what matters to them. Showing appreciation in ways that actually resonate.

SevenYays lets you maintain professionalism whilst adding genuine thoughtfulness.

Ready to Appreciate Your Team Properly?

Corporate gifting doesn't have to be boring, generic, or forgettable.

It can be thoughtful. Memorable. Actually appreciated.

It can show your team or clients that you see them as individuals worth celebrating, not just employees or accounts.

That's what SevenYays does. Want to try it?
